Signia

Signia Hearing Aids

An amplified telephone receiver developed in Singapore in 1878 was the first hearing assistance device produced by the founder of Signia, which released its first line of hearing aids in 1910. Since that time, Signia has grown to the point of producing one out of every four hearing aids used worldwide.

Partnered with Siemens for a short time at the outset of the 21st century, the company returned to independent status as a hearing aid manufacturer in 2015 under the Sivantos Group. After the Sivantos/Widex merger in 2019, WS Audiology established Signia as the new brand name for Siemens hearing instruments.

Signia’s commitment to provide stylish and discreet hearing wear without sacrificing performance is made possible by the manufacture and distribution of BTE and ITC devices with sophisticated form, graceful lines, a refined fit, and a true-to-life hearing experience.

Hearing Solutions Available from Signia

Signia’s OVP platform improves sound quality and clarity using acoustic motion sensors for a more natural hearing experience. Device rechargeability for greater user convenience and enhanced speech understanding are among the features of Signia hearing instruments.

The company’s wide selection of RIC, CIC, and BTE hearing devices using OVP platform are available with the capacity to connect iPhone, Android, and other digital devices using StreamLine Mic and StreamLine TV, helping improve sound quality and clarity while providing discrete adjustment using your Smartphone.

The TeleCare app, accessed using your Smartphone, makes it possible for you to stay up-to-date with your hearing care provider with ongoing counseling and support without the need for an in-office appointment.
